Conditions for Return or Exchange:


  • Items must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.
  • Items must be in their original condition, with all tags and labels attached.
  • Items must be unworn and undamaged.
  • Items must be accompanied by a copy of the original receipt.


Return and Exchange Process:


To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team via email or phone.

Once your request is approved, you will receive a return shipping label.

Pack the items securely and include the return shipping label.

Ship the items back to the address provided by our customer service team.


Refunds and Exchanges:


Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of receiving the returned items.

Exchanges will be processed within 10 business days of receiving the returned items.

Shipping costs will not be refunded unless the item was defective or damaged upon receipt.
